Watercolour is a beautiful medium with so many qualities. This session, designed for complete beginners, explores the basics whilst teaching you how to create beautiful and bright paintings. Introduction to art materials, tools and papers, and how to keep it affordable. All materials included

> learn how to prepare your paints
> learn brush control
> learn the classic watercolour techniques including: wet on wet, wet on dry, blotting, boundaries, and washes
> learn how to colour-blend and avoid the ‘muddy look’
> learn to paint a series of flowers and leaves with watercolours

5th December
This second session is designed to push you a little further and create loose florals. During this session you will learn to paint loose watercolour florals adding small details to help your paintings pop! The techniques I share in this workshop are packed with the tips and tricks I wish I had been shown sooner.

> learn how to use masking fluid
> learn how to add fine details using a number of my signature techniques that I have developed along the way

This is a two session course to allow you to fully learn and develop this beautiful medium. These courses are intended for adults and limited to 12 participants. Booking is essential. All materials are included.
